After macerating the Sloes for a minimum of 6 months in a combination of all our gins to give it subtle underlying spices and flavours, we have added sugar which gives it that smooth syrupy texture but the increase in ABV means that the Sloes are still the predominant flavour.

Our new Very Sloe Gin – Batch 5 is now available in 50cl bottles. This new batch is 37.4% ABV and I think is the best yet!!  After macerating the Sloes for a minimum of 6 months in a combination of all our gins to give it subtle underlying spices and flavours, we have added sugar which gives it that smooth syrupy texture but the increase in ABV means that the Sloes are still the predominant flavour. This gin is great for any time of the year – warm and spicy in the winter time when you are out and about in the countryside or just out walking the dog and need a nip of something sweet.
