Our 2025 Ex-Pedro Ximenez 54.8% ABV English Whisky Single Malt is now ready to order!
This glorious whisky is a marriage of casks 20 and 37 both made with Laureate barley, casked in August 2020 and bottled in March 2025. A beautifully smooth full-bodied sherry aged whisky with lots of heavy fruits like Christmas pudding, figs and almonds. There are only 355 bottles.
There are two options for this product -
A single bottle in a branded box which is £85
or
A large presentation box the same as the First Release Whisky which has the bottle of 2025 Ex-Pedro Ximenez Whisky, 2 x Whittaker's Glencairn glasses and has been signed for all 3 distillers which is £125 (a real collectors' piece).
